Ron has been working in the insurance industry for over 48 years starting as a subcontractor working varies trades while attending University of South Florida. After graduating with his degree in chemical engineering he proceeded to get his own license as a State Certified Contractor and Roofer which was when he started Ultra Contractors, LLC. Since then he has specialized as a insurance restoration contractor and damage consultant which to date he has written over 5,000 estimates for both insurance companies and the private sector. He also obtained his Public Adjusting License in 2009
Justin officially joined team Ultra in 2013 after graduating from University of South Florida with a degree in structural engineering. He has since worked as an estimator and project manager. He currently holds a mold assessment license, Public Adjusting License, and IICRC certifications in water mitigation and mold remediation.
Victoria was born and raised in Caracas, Venezuela where she studied accounting before moving to the United States. After she moved she received her bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management. She joined team Ultra in 2017 as the office manager and caretaker of our company mascot, Bud.
Aaron started in the insurance industry 9 years ago as a technician for a water mitigation company. During his tenure as a technician he became IICRC certified in water, mold and fire restoration before becoming a project manager for the same company. He has since joined Ultra as lead estimator and obtained his Independent Adjuster License.
Kevin started renovating and constructing homes when he was 18 years old. He then went into automotive work for 4 years. He decided to work again in the construction industry doing both residential and commercial projects. After the birth of his son he then worked as a facilities manager for one of the largest Campgrounds in the state of Florida before joining Ultra in 2021 as a superintendent.
Bud is a Rhodesian Ridgeback and our company Mascot. He is our gentle giant that comes to the office with our President.
